My experience:

I have been working for the last 6 years, and as part of my jobs have had to interview candidates to either join my team or that of other colleagues. To get to the shortlist of people you want to interview often involves looking through a bunch of CV's to pick out the ones you want to interview... And thats where you look for the right mix of skills, experience and personality to fit with the job. I have experience at recruiting entry level as well as manager level roles and would very much like to help out where I can. I am happy to come to you or just review online or over the phone!
