Beginner training - stop procrastinating and start jogging!
My experience:
I started running myself only last year and am now training for my second half marathon. I have completed two 10k runs in under one hour and am running the Hampton Court Palace Run10k in a few weeks' time. I have also raised almost £1,000 for charity in the process. I lost over a stone when I started running and enjoy it hugely, whatever the weather! The sense of achievement when you run 10 minutes longer or a km further than you could the month before is tremendous.
